L’Atelier Imports started releasing cigars in 2012 as a new brand from Pete Johnson, creator of the Tatuaje lines. Pete joined up with his brother, KC, as well as industry friends, Casper Johnson and Dan Welsh…
When the first vintage of this wine was made, our winemaker noticed subtle hints of “Cigar Box” on the nose…the name stuck! Sourced from a single vineyard, the grapes for this wine are bunch selected and hand harvested. This Malbec displays aromas of ripe plum and violets along with subtle hints of vanilla.
With today being the last day of the year I think it appropriate that I put up my thoughts for the best cigars of the year.
